A Survey on the Relationship between Knowladge Management and
Innovation in Organizations

Abstract
Today civil organizations as world else organizations are answerable that contribute at a
competition with another organizations until they can keep up business and commercial situation
hence they should can at least as well as dominating at a case simultaneously of own
competitors.until they can be superior.
Anyway, they have no way solely with lay out an efficient strategies and be innovator. This
investigation with aim of determination relation between knowledge management with innovation
in organizations by way of mediator variable empowerment as typically applied at Imam Khomeini
Emdad Committee kordestan province.
Vital data were gathered together by questionnaire that related investigation adoption of Pang
-Lo Liu, Chih-Hung Tsai, (2009).
Questionnaire Validity was achieved by factor analysis and professors opinion and
questionnaire Reliability was counted by way of kronbakh (%81.5) was evaluated. It was
considered for analysis of instances of Structural Equation Modeling and Pearson Correlation.
Investingation out come demonstrated matter that all variables relate with innovation.
It is meaning, in accordance with excerptional of lisrel, this study found a significant
positive correlation between knowledge creation, knowledge Utilization and innovation. and
significant positive correlation between knowledge storage, knowledge Distiribution variables by
way of empowerment average mediator variable with innovation.
